Ubud area is known as center of bebek goreng (crispy duck). There are Bebek Bengil, Laka Leke and Bebek Tepi Sawah.
the speciality is crispy duck - deep fried of half portion duck served with three kinds of sambals (matah,sambal goreng and sambal bawang) Rp72.000,-
the duck meat is really tender and tasty (not too salty), but i like Laka Leke better:)
